With Leo Burnett, we won the pitch to refresh Visionworks in both brand and interiors. We took this opportunity to change the entire customer experience, from the role of the associate to the pick-up process. We led multiple workshops with the Visionworks team, and created a total store redesign and new shopping experience that is centered to create a pain-free glasses shopping experience.
