        Business Problem: With more vegetarians and vegans in GenZ and Millennial audiences, Oscar Mayer needs to connect quickly and authentically to their omnivorous market.

        Oscar MAYOR

        GET Millennials and Gen Z consumers WHO are passionate about Oscar Mayer’s whimsy TO give their 1st Party Data BY voting in a meat based election.

         

        INSIGHT: Fun isn’t devisive. 

         

        IDEA: In a country that can’t agree on anything and seems to be mad all the time, we need a politician who can help America see life the way they do — through our meat-colored lenses. 

         

        What if we elected an Oscar MAYOR to unite the world through its shared love of meat & good times? We will put out a call for candidates who embody this Oscar Mayor energy and host a voting forum on Oscar Mayer’s website where we will collect 1PD from votes and nominations.

         

        Each candidate will campaign on their social platform and encourage voting on Oscar’s site. The winner will be the first ever ‘Oscar Mayor’ and will attend all major meat-based events as our representative and be awarded a cash prize/salary for their work.

        IDEA: Oscar Mayer has earned its status as America’s most iconic meat brand. However, despite priding itself on being wonderfully odd, the shape of its meats has remained…expected.

        Let’s ask our audience what shape of meat they want from us! The more wonderfully odd, the better.

         

        Set up a submission form on Oscar’s site for people to submit a description or drawing of their desired meat shape.
        IE. Hotdog in the shape of a hamburger, bologna in the exact shape of Wonder Bread, hot dog sprinkles that go in your mac & cheese, etc. We will narrow the submissions to our top 10 ideas for everyone to vote on. People will submit 1PD to vote and sign up for the opportunity to test these products before going to market.
