In 2019, with the launch of Arc’s PRIDE logo, we pushed our leadership team to standardize our email signatures with pronouns. This seemingly simple act set a new expectation of declaring your pronouns to the office and also asking for them.
In addition to the new email signature standard, I also created pronoun pins branded to the Leo Burnett Group that feature information on why pronouns are important for everyone. We bring these pins to all events where the LBG is present so we may have our own piece of PRIDE for our pronouns wherever we go. 250 pins of each style were made and adhered to the backings, we distributed over 1,000 pins to agency staff.
